Molasses mixers-blenders are commonly used in feed industries for the mixing of any liquids like molasses, fat and water with mixed feed mash up to 12% of its volumetric flow rate. The efficiency of the molasses mixer is ≤7%.
Molasses should be heated and mixed in daily molasses tank before adding to molasses mixer.
